Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is effective as of 05/11/2026
Any capitalized term used herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Terms of Service.

1. Refund for Terminating a Plan
1.1 You are entitled to a refund if you cancel your first Subscription to a Plan within 3 (three) days from the date you successfully subscribed to that Plan. After this 3-day window, no refund for the termination will be provided.
1.2 For second and all subsequent purchases of the same Subscription Plan, no refund eligibility is provided.
2. Refunds via Whop
2.1 Payments for Subscriptions are processed through our payment provider, Whop. Approved refunds are also issued through Whop and will be returned to your original payment method. Your relationship with Whop is governed by Whop's own terms and conditions.
2.2 The processing time for refunds varies depending on Whop and your financial institution. We advise consulting your payment provider for specific details regarding refund processing times. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor.
3. Limitations
3.1 You may take advantage of a refund for each disputed payment only once. If a refund has already been issued, you shall have no right to further contest that transaction with Aerius Alpha or any third-party payment service provider, bank, or financial institution.
3.2 Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment. We reserve the right to offer alternative compensation, such as an extended subscription period or an upgraded plan, in lieu of a monetary refund, with your consent.
3.3 No refund will be issued if the account has been actively used to run trading bots or execute live trades during the refund eligibility period.
3.4 Subscriptions purchased using a promotional code or special discount are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms.
3.5 Aerius Alpha is not responsible for any fees applied by your payment service provider when processing a refund.
4. Subscription Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation and refund are distinct actions:
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period and no refund is issued.
- Refund: A monetary refund is only issued when you meet the eligibility criteria in Section 1 and submit a request within the applicable window.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] within 3 days of your purchase. Include your account email address, your Whop order or membership ID (if available), and a brief reason for the request. Our team will verify eligibility and respond within 24-48 business hours.
Note: This Refund Policy may be updated at our discretion. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
